I recently ordered breads from Khadak Singh Da Dhaba, Malviya Nagar through Zomato and unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience. Along with the breads, I specifically requested for onion and chutney to be included in the order, as it's a basic accompaniment that should come along. However, when the order arrived, the onion and chutney were missing. I immediately called the restaurant to address the issue and request the missing items. To my dismay, the owner responded in an extremely arrogant manner and abruptly ended the call, showing a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and have my concerns addressed properly. The fact that the owner not only ignored my request but also responded rudely reflects poorly on the restaurant's overall service and attitude towards customers. Based on my experience, I will not recommend KHADAK SINGH DA DHABA, as they failed to fulfill a basic request and displayed unprofessional behavior. I hope this review helps other users make an informed decision when choosing a restaurant on Zomato.
