Nothing can be better than tasting nicely cooked grilled cheese sandwiches, grilled cheese and grilled sandwiches. You will enjoy delicious tea at this restaurant. The good staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The spectacular service is something these restaurateurs care about. Kadak Chai (Kokrajhar) is associated with the comfortable atmosphere. But a number of clients who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

Disappointing Service and Rude Staff I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Despite having a full menu with several items listed, the staff arrogantly stated they would only prepare one item and refused to entertain any other requests. When I tried to ask why, the attitude was dismissive and downright rude. This is not how customers should be treated. If you’re not willing to serve what’s on your menu or provide basic courtesy, it’s a disservice to the people who choose to dine here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Poor service ruins what could otherwise be a decent restaurant.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude and unwilling to cater to customer requests. Despite having a full menu listed, the person in charge arrogantly stated that he would only prepare one item and refused to sell anything else. When I tried to clarify or order something different, he behaved as if he was doing me a favor by even speaking to me. This kind of unprofessional and dismissive attitude is unacceptable. If you can’t serve what’s on your menu or treat customers with basic respect, why bother running a restaurant? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
