This restaurant is a great choice if you are in the mood for the Vegetarian cuisine. Kabir Restaurant offers you tasty soup and nicely cooked paneer. A lot of guests point out that the staff is terrific here. The fast service is a great benefit of this place. You will pay reasonable prices for dishes. The atmosphere is pretty, as people find it. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

The waiter and manager were very rude, impolite and did not take our requests into account. The staff didn’t seem too interested in serving us. I do not expect to return.

I visited Surat for the first time and had my breakfast and dinner at Kabir Restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor, and the staff behaved very rudely. When I complained to the manager, instead of addressing the issue, they completely ignored me, which made the experience even worse. For a restaurant that serves so many customers, basic courtesy, attentive service, and customer satisfaction should be a priority, but I did not find any of these here. The staff needs proper training in hospitality and behavior. Management should also take customer complaints seriously rather than neglecting them. I would not recommend Kabir Restaurant to anyone visiting Surat. There are plenty of better places to eat where you can expect respect, good service, and a pleasant dining experience.
