The hotel offers great value for the price one pays. Scenic architecture. Comfortable rooms. Good food. Live music (Santoor was mesmerizing). Has a library and a swimming pool too. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value

We had a good time in Udaipur, which was unfortunately made a bit challenging due to a small accident in which my wife had a fracture. But thanks to the wonderful staff at Sterling, they made our life easy by their diligent support and help in the situation. We would especially like to commend Ms. Sudeshna from the Dining room and Ms. Komal from the front desk and reception, who offered every kind of help that we needed in the challenging situations we faced. You have two wonderful persons in there. But kudos, actually to the entire team. In fact, our experience at every resort we have gone to so far, has been extremely positive. So we continue to look forward to visiting some place or another, despite our advancing years. Keep up the good work Sterling. Most importantly, keep motivating your staff to do the best that they can. Food & drinks: We were happy that the kitchen and dining room staff co-operated since my wife has extreme sensitivity to spicy food. The staff went out of their way to meet her specific requirements.
