I came here with my family—five of us, including my 84-year-old grandfather—for lunch. We were informed that a table was ready, and we made our way upstairs expecting a pleasant meal.
To my dismay, we were greeted by four unoccupied tables, all of which were still covered with leftover food and mess from previous guests. I repeatedly approached the staff, politely asking if they could clear a table so that my elderly grandfather could at least have a place to sit.
After waiting for nearly an hour, it became painfully clear that the place was severely understaffed. Each time I raised the issue with the so-called manager, he behaved as though he was hearing it for the first time, springing into action momentarily—presumably just to stall us.
Eventually, after roughly an hour and fifteen minutes, someone came by to clear a few used plates—but not the mess. Food stains and spillage rema
