I recently had the chance to visit Kala Chashma Restaurant, and overall, it was quite a pleasant experience with a few areas that could be improved. The first impression of the place is definitely positive. The restaurant has a nice vibe and ambiance that makes it stand out. The interiors are modern yet cozy, giving it a comfortable and inviting feel. Whether you’re going with friends, family, or even for a casual outing, the atmosphere sets the right tone for a relaxed meal. The staff at Kala Chashma deserves special appreciation. They were polite, attentive, and prompt in their service. From welcoming us at the entrance to helping us with the menu, their approach reflected good training and genuine hospitality. The team also made sure that the tables were clean and well-organized, which added to the overall comfort. Quick service and a friendly attitude really made the dining experience smoother and more enjoyable. However, when it comes to the food, I would say it was a bit underwhelming. While the presentation was decent, the taste did not quite live up to expectations. It wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t memorable. The flavors felt a little flat, and some of the dishes seemed like they lacked the punch you usually look for when dining out. Considering the great atmosphere and the quality of service, I had hoped the food would match that level of excellence. Made an advance booking to get 25% discount. Then I receive a call from Kaala Chashma stating that the discount cannot be availed n I need to rebook. Well decided not to go … bad valued showcased in advance.

We booked the table of 15......it was supposed to be a family restaurant.
DJ was playing at full blast and even vibrations were felt.we were helpless as it was not reduced in spite of repeated requests.
