Their homemade pasta—the Aglio Olio was a masterclass in simplicity, with just the right kick of garlic and chili, while the creamy Alfredo felt indulgent yet light. Equally impressive was the cheese pizza: a thin, crisp crust topped with stretchy, high-quality mozzarella that proved how good a well-made classic can be. Beyond the food, the café’s artsy, laid-back vibe—think bookshelves, soft music, and a sunlit garden—made it the ideal spot to relax. Nirdesh, the chef and owner, has created something special here. His attention to detail (like the freshly baked bread served with herbed butter) and genuine warmth elevated the entire experience. One of the most beautiful cafes I've ever been to. There are different "spaces" in there where you can sit and enjoy your food and stuff, and every space looks and feels different. There is art everywhere you look and it makes you feel so inspired and happy and comfortable. I was in dehradun for a vacation so I couldn't stay at the cafe for long but if I could, I would totally spend my whole day there. The place is also basically at the egde of the forest so you don't hear any cars and stuff and you feel very disconnected from the city. It feels like you're in nature, having the most relaxing time. The food is also great. The BBQ chicken sandwich and the aglio olio pasta are very delicious and I would totally recommend them. If you're in the area, you should 100% visit this place!!!!
