Online orderedTwo cakes I received as a birthday gift today from kulfi ,really of very poor quality and it tasted something very bad...the food colour and the cream,used in it tasted, sorry to say, something like medicine.could nt consume it.it is great monitary loss for us and also spoiled the function.

I have ordered 2 half kg cakes at afternoon (06/12/2024).. They insisted me to take the already made cake ... But i said that i need extra fillings and fresh cake cleary that also not once several times ... I went to that shop myself and ordered it and atlast i got a cake with lesser filling... Only one layer had a little filling... I use to order cakes from kulfi only .. but from last 2 months service is very poor ... Staff have a attitude that ,they are paying the money for ours ... Please change the counter staff if possible and provide a better service you had goven before when Mr.Shanu was there ...
