We had visited sayahna restaurant yesterday (23.10.23). We otdered ramasseri idli, vada and coffee. It is regretted to state that the ambience of the dine room was not at all satisfactory. It was a congested and overcrowded room. The texture and quality of ramasseri idli was poor. It was not served hot. The quality of uzhunnuvada was also very poor. It was not crispy and was very cold. The combo pack we ordered was overpriced. We expected that the price of food served in sayahna restaurant should be moderate. Please take it as a feedback for improvement and better customer satisfaction.
