Extremely disappointing experience! I went to buy the Apricot Tres De Leche cake, but they refused to give it just because they only accept cash. In today’s time, not accepting online or card payments is completely unacceptable. Most customers rely on digital payments, and refusing service because of that shows poor management and customer care. Please upgrade your system — this kind of service drives customers away. We went to KS Bakers Ameerpet branch today to celebrate my friend's birthday and we have ordered a 500 gram milk focher cake, a sparkling candle and cap, the store's staff didn't given any paper cups to us.Even though we were willing to pay for paper cups, they gave paper cups to those who ordered puffs.We later learned that the staff gave them paper cups.And we ordered a birthday cap, but they charged us extra by saying that billing was not available for the cap we ordered and billed for a cap we didn't order.We asked, "You didn't give us paper cups even though we were ready to give them money, so why did they give them to others?".They haven't answered our queries.We have been the customers of KS Bakers since 2010 and customers of Ameerpet branch since 2016.We have been very unhappy with the behavior of the staff at the Ameerpet branch store for the last 3 to 4 times.Please treat customers with respect.We are very unhappy with the behavior of the staff at the Ameerpet branch store.
