Dear KrishnaShree Management, I am writing to register a formal complaint regarding the profoundly unprofessional and unethical conduct I experienced at your KrishnaShree Kankarbagh location today on 19th March 2025 My experience was marred by two critical issues: * Deliberate Misinformation Regarding Discounts: Prior to billing, I explicitly asked about any ongoing discounts. Your staff categorically denied any such offers. However, I subsequently learned that a 5% discount was indeed available. When confronted, the staff resorted to a disingenuous explanation, claiming the discount applied only before billing. This blatant misrepresentation is unacceptable and reflects a clear lack of integrity. * Abysmal Staff Misbehavior: Beyond the misleading information, the staff's demeanor was deeply unprofessional. They were dismissive, argumentative, and displayed a complete disregard for basic customer service. Their responses were not only unhelpful but also bordered on rude and confrontational. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. The combination of deceptive practices and rude staff behavior has left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the ethical standards of KrishnaShree Kankarbagh. I expect a prompt and thorough investigation into this matter, along with concrete steps to prevent such incidents in the future. I urge you to address this complaint with the seriousness it deserves. I am considering escalating this matter to consumer protection authorities if a satisfactory resolution is not reached.
