Pineapple juice was good and the meat roll was okay. Went there for an evening snack. The only issue I felt was the waiting time, even after not being in rush I had to wait so long to take the order and get the item. The bakery is maintained very well, clean and the looks so good. But items are slightly over priced Edit: went there again, this time service was quick. Tried Badam shake, taste wise it was okay but it was just Sharja shake with few chopped badams chopped in it. Tried chciken Kathi roll and I wouldn't recommend it, it was just cabbage and few pieces of chicken. Both these were over priced. I recently had a very disappointing experience at KR BAKES And Restaurant in Perumpilly. We received a mismatched order and when I asked for it to be changed, the staff looked visibly annoyed. Although they did eventually change the order and took back the incorrect one, we were shocked to find that we were charged for both orders. When we questioned this double charge, we were told it was a "parcel charge," which made no sense. To make matters worse, they didn't even give back the bill after we questioned them, making us feel like they were looking down on us. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend KR BAKES And Restaurant to anyone due to their poor handling of customer issues . It's clear they do not value their customers or their satisfaction.
