Had a terrible time at k r bakers elamkunnapuzha yesterday evening.Ordered chilli gopi dry . Paid the amount Person told to wait for 20 minutes.Got the item after 1 hour and 20 minutes Only after repeatedly asking they gave the order and informed they forgot to communicate to kitchen.There was no rush at shop at that time. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

This place has the best tea, Their snacks are also amazing, perfect for a light bite. I could hang out here all day sipping tea and munching. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I recently had a very disappointing experience at KR BAKES And Restaurant in Perumpilly. We received a mismatched order and when I asked for it to be changed, the staff looked visibly annoyed. Although they did eventually change the order and took back the incorrect one, we were shocked to find that we were charged for both orders. When we questioned this double charge, we were told it was a "parcel charge," which made no sense. To make matters worse, they didn't even give back the bill after we questioned them, making us feel like they were looking down on us. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend KR BAKES And Restaurant to anyone due to their poor handling of customer issues . It's clear they do not value their customers or their satisfaction.
