Review for Kovvuru Grand Hotel, Proddatur The hotel is located right next to the bus stand, which makes the location very convenient and easily accessible. The reception staff and other hotel employees are polite, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, which makes the stay comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is a nice addition, and the rooftop bar has a good ambience, making it a pleasant place to relax. However, there is some scope for improvement. Room service was delayed even after multiple follow-ups, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, there was occasionally a foul smell in the bathroom, which should be addressed. Overall, apart from these issues, it was a good experience and the hotel has good potential with a few service improvements.
