We happened to stay at their room today, honestly the room service and reception staffs are very arrogant.. they assume they can talk however they want.. little politeness and discipline is definitely required in fact I was told by the reception staff that he will give the managers number and I can complaint.. me to make an complaint also is ordered by this gentleman Very disappointing
