Should be a nice place. Haven't experienced in spite of going thrice in two days! Kovil idli or Kacheepuram idli is very different from the normal pasty white idlis. It's granular and spicy due to pepper and chilli perhaps. The name is from the prasadam of Perumal temple. There one hasto take the full, cylindrical idli costing 400 rupees. Unless one can eat the entire idli at once, the Kovil idli here is an option.
