KOVE, a fine dining establishment in Coimbatore, serves up an exquisite vegetarian menu with a modern twist. The ambiance is top-notch, with a beautiful interior design that transports diners to a world of luxury. The restaurant offers a wide range of dishes, from the unique curd rice Arancini to the south Indian yam keema urundai, which rivals the classic malai kofta. The menu also includes international favorites like wood-fired pizzas and pastas. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the food and service more than justifies it. KOVE is conveniently located in RS Puram, with a multi-tier parking lot that can accommodate up to 120 vehicles.
Cocktail lovers will appreciate the extensive selection of drinks on offer, including the refreshing mocktail marathon and the innovative Belgian molten chocolate. Wine enthusiasts can choose from a variety of options to pair with their meals. Soft drink options are also available for those who prefer non-alcoholic beverages.
One of the standout dishes is the Chettinad pala cutlet, a spicy and flavorful appetizer that perfectly complements any meal. The olive-stuffed paneer and seeraga samba ghee rice are also must-tries. For dessert, diners can indulge in the mouth-watering lava cake with ice cream.
KOVE's service is exceptional, with knowledgeable staff like Rahul and Prabhu who are always ready to offer recommendations and ensure a memorable dining experience. The restaurant also features outdoor seating for those who prefer to dine al fresco.
Overall, KOVE is a unique and impressive eatery that offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience in Coimbatore.
The parking took a while but it is something than nothing. Need to get a card, drop off the car to be put in the carousel. The place usually needs a booking, nice ambience, friendly staff, can request warm water, the glassware was really nice. The menu strictly vegetarian, a mix of everything from European, Indian to south east Asian. Kinda heavy on jack fruit based, understandable, need something meaty to eat. The dessert was ok. Not too overwhelming on the sweet. The food did seem bland, lacking flavour. The food did come in a short time. The tag on each dish diserve better distinct, taste bud tingling texture intertwined with taste. And don't forget to get the card validated before heading out and pay another ₹30 on top of it. Had an amazing experience at Kove. Went for lunch and tried three of the dishes. Three cheese ravioli with lemon butter sauce was delicious. And the wood-fired pizzas (Neapolitan style) were yummylicious. Tried two of the pizza variants - Regina Margherita and Very Peri. Overall, had a fabulous experience.
