Sir bakery is wonderful tasty also fine location also good but only disappointing petty kadai because of person very rood behavior to customer this person only so many people's avoid your bakery near by suggest to mds bakery because of all staffs kindly humble behavior to customer for 24 hours because of I am in driver cum owner for tourist Vechile my native ooty and ooty and coimbatore travels association member and coimbatore airport taxi member and now my own house your bakery back side near aksaram international school that's y putting this rewiew for your bakery so please improve your side that petti kadai shop person to inform change to behavior r change petti shop because of this little petti shop going to down your market business sir so humble request take my words because of I inform to ooty and coimbatore association nobody will come your bakery now I am inform to mds only that's y u have to look mds in any time is busy your bakery compare to mds 50% only so my humble request this is not my own problem all drivers all facing this so please consider this thank you

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Kovai Bakes mathampalayam . I ordered some snacks and waited patiently, only to find out after a long delay that my order was handed over to someone else without regret! The staff didn’t even bother to apologize properly and showed no urgency in correcting their error they just draged the food which i got in hand and serviced to other customer tho they ordered after me telling that regular customers are important then me ,worst experiencein in my life time totally disappointed even in small tea shops they treat better and polite kovai bakes having all most 15 branches around don't even know how to treat a customer , when your regular customers are so important ,we also pay for the food your not giving anything for free..please don't vist Meal type: Brunch Service: 1
