the cocktails were not good at all. who can go wrong with a simple Margherita and piccante...but these guys surely know how to spoil it. such bad cocktails.the complaint made to the manager seem to make no difference. they are serving papadi in place of puff pastry and are not even apologetic.Their food and cocktails used to be very good and that's why we went again but after our recent experience, we will never think of going there again.the attitude of the staff was not good at all.the piccante was full of salt, and when I complained about it, they added a little sugar syrup to it and gave it to me instead of making a new one very disappointed

Gave Klap a try and honestly? Vibes = immaculate. Started with the bruschetta—crunchy, fresh, and gone in 2 mins flat. The sushi? Surprisingly good for a non-sushi spot. Avocado quinoa felt like health disguised as flavor (bless). Mimosa was doing exactly what a mimosa should—light buzz, zero regrets. And that paw’s pepper? Spicy with a kick, but I kept going back. 10/10 would return just to pretend I’m that girl again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Extremely disappointing experience – would not recommend!They refuse prior bookings even when visibly tables are available. Staff also refuses to help despite bookingsAvoid Klap if you value your time, dignity, or basic courtesy.
