Kiteblu Cafe provides a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience, making it a good spot for casual meet-ups, family outings, or even a quiet meal with friends. The ambience is comfortable and welcoming, with a calm vibe that allows you to sit back and enjoy the food without any rush. It’s the kind of café where you can spend time chatting while sampling a variety of dishes. We started with the Chicken Overloaded Pizza, which was generous in toppings and filling. While the quantity was good, the overall flavour profile felt slightly flat. With stronger seasoning and better balance, this pizza has the potential to be much more memorable. In contrast, the Chicken Tikka Pizza impressed with its bold and well-rounded flavours. The tikka seasoning blended nicely with the cheese and crust, making it a satisfying choice for those who enjoy mildly spicy pizzas. The Alfredo Pasta was the highlight of the meal. It was creamy, rich, and cooked perfectly, with a smooth texture and comforting taste. However, the portion size felt a bit limited and could be more generous. The Chicken Fried Rice was equally comforting, well cooked, and flavourful, but similar to the pasta, the quantity could be improved to better match the pricing and expectations. For dessert, we chose the Tiramisu. While it was neatly presented, the coffee flavour was quite dominant and slightly overpowering. A more subtle coffee note would have created a better balance. Overall, Kiteblu Cafe stands out for its quality of preparation and select dishes. With improvements in portion sizes and minor flavour adjustments, it has strong potential to become a regular go-to café worth revisiting. Visited Kiteblu Cafe today to celebrate my birthday, and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience. We ordered loaded fries (veg), but were served loaded fries (non-veg) due to a mix-up. One of my friends is a strict Brahmin vegetarian from birth and has never consumed non-vegetarian food in her 24 years of life. This was not a preference issue but a deeply personal and religious belief, and such mistakes can be emotionally disturbing. The staff member handling the order seemed to have a language barrier, which is understandable, but the real concern is that there was no proper monitoring or cross-checking of orders, especially when veg and non-veg items are involved.When we informed the staff about the mistake, instead of responding seriously, two staff members started giggling and laughing, which felt highly insensitive and unprofessional. When questioned, it was clear that the situation was not being taken seriously at all. Restaurants must take food categorization seriously, as these mistakes can have cultural, religious, and emotional consequences. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves supervision and order verification to ensure this never happens again.
