I recently visited a kitchen cafe with high expectations as we saw the poster at front, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. We ordered the Beef Roast, Chicken 65, Fried Rice, and Noodles. However, none of the dishes met our expectations. The Fried Rice tasted off, and the Noodles were drenched in oil, making them unappetizing. To make things worse, basic customer service was lacking. They didn’t provide water also. The restaurant also advertised seafood and other dishes like Pal Kappa outside, but none of those options were available, which was quite misleading. Moreover, the staff's attitude was unprofessional. They were not welcoming and didn’t seem to care about providing a good dining experience. Overall, I left feeling very unsatisfied. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on the poor quality of both the food and service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I loved the food! Their quantity and quality of chickens biriyani was too good for Rs140.. Its fried chicken type of a biriyani masala..The highlight is they provide a boiled eggand " Pappadam" along with their biriyani.. I liked their staff Rasheed Ka.. He was prompt at service and polite.. The owner at the entrance, Vishu also had a welcoming nature..they also had a variety of other food items along with a snack and dosa corner... Will try them in future.. Anyone coming to Chalakudi ( KSRTC ), i will highly recommend them to go there as its just next to KSRTC.
