Our stay at this resort in Mahabaleshwar was truly one of the best experiences. The entire staff was extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The reception staff was especially welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. The room service was excellent and very prompt. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The resort area itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing with family. One of the highlights was the swimming pool — it was very clean and well-kept. The breakfast service was also really good with tasty food and great hospitality. There was plenty of space for families to sit, talk, and enjoy quality time together. The indoor games and activities added even more fun to our stay. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mahabaleshwar for a relaxing family getaway.
