Khushi riverside resort is a nice resort which is small scale yet has a premium touch in terms of rooms, decor, service and food. The view from rooms is great, with jungle and small river flowing nearby. Rooms are also top notch and food quality is good. Only con which we observed and also shared with them is - all rooms are AC rooms having glass doors. Hence, on closing them, only source of ventilation is AC. However, ACs are preset at a specific mode and temperature and the arrangement is such that AC acts just like a fan, AC compressor never hets turned on. Hence, there is no ventilation in room. We were told it will get turned on in some time but it never did. We thought AC in our room is faulty but later understood that's how its done in other rooms also, probably to save on electricity cost. Either they should provide net sliding door for ventilation (as glass door cannot be kept open during nights) or have fully working ACs that work for ventilation with compressor than just blowing air. We had to close glass doors in night and felt suffocated inside.
