Most guests recommend trying perfectly cooked momos. The atmosphere of hospitality of this restaurant highly depends on the staff, that is terrific here. Service at KHAFUL is something one can call prompt. When you enter this place, pay your attention to the charming atmosphere. But google users rated this place and it didn't get a high rating.

Food was great. The platting was highly aesthetic & Instagram friendly. We ordered chicken dry fry & it was delicious, however the chicken roll can be more flavorful , a solid 9 for dry fry & 7 for roll. Also, the view up there was soo good. But the staff is not welcoming, some of them stare at girls. Negative star for that only. Please keep some good staff / people in your cafe, & if possible atleast a female. Very bad experience, I have visited two times and they disappointed me. The service are too bad. They have served food almost 40 minutes later. And the foods taste are very disappointing I have ordered Hyderabadi chicken Biriyani and it's cost 349,the price are very expensive according to the taste. They give only one chicken leg piece in full plate of Biriyani and i think they served us fried rice instead of Biriyani, Overall very bad experience. I never visit again. Please don't visit this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly worst experience ever. Never thought khaful would be this, like the staff don't know how to talk, we ordered something else they offered something else, we waited 1.5 hours there still no food after asking them they offered us after 2 hours, the food was tasteless, half cooked , cold,it was smelling like it was cooked day before yesterday,Service is worst Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
