On 28th December, instead of the ordered Veg Biryani, they delivered Non-Veg Biryani around evening. We immediately requested a replacement as the guest was waiting, but it took them 3 hours, and the Veg Biryani finally arrived at 11 PM. Initially, I assumed it was a human error, but it became clear they were not concerned about proper service, as the Veg Biryani delivered at 11 PM was cold. Food: 1 Service: 1
