Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. Guests don't highly appreciate chicken biryani at KGN Catterers. The competent staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. On 28th December, instead of the ordered Veg Biryani, they delivered Non-Veg Biryani around evening. We immediately requested a replacement as the guest was waiting, but it took them 3 hours, and the Veg Biryani finally arrived at 11 PM. Initially, I assumed it was a human error, but it became clear they were not concerned about proper service, as the Veg Biryani delivered at 11 PM was cold. Food: 1 Service: 1
