It's a pleasant experience to order good fried chicken, chicken strips and fried chicken wings. Food delivery is an important advantage of this restaurant. KFC is recommended for the cute staff. The fast service is something these restaurateurs care about. The peaceful atmosphere can make you want to stay here for a bit longer than you've initially planned. 4.3 is what this place got from the Google rating system.

Dear KFC Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent order I placed through the KFC mobile app. On 04/06/25, I ordered three food items, but to my surprise, I only received a single complimentary burger in the package. None of the items I paid for were included in the delivery. I immediately attempted to contact the store via phone, but the number was either unreachable or not working. Left with no other option, I personally visited the store to resolve the issue. To my astonishment, the store manager casually admitted that they had “forgotten” to include the items I ordered. Such negligence from a reputed brand like KFC is completely unacceptable. This situation not only caused inconvenience but also raises serious concerns about the reliability and integrity of your service. Sending only a complimentary item while completely omitting the paid items feels like a form of deliberate fraud, and I am appalled by how lightly this matter was treated at the store level. I request an immediate explanation and I expect appropriate action to be taken against the staff responsible, and steps to be implemented to ensure such incidents do not recur in the future. I have always trusted KFC for quality and professionalism, but this experience has severely damaged that trust. I hope this issue will be addressed seriously and resolved promptly. The food was quite good in terms of taste and quality. However, the overall experience was let down by cleanliness and service. Many empty tables were left uncleared for long periods, which affected the hygiene and ambiance of the place. Additionally, the food service was a bit slow, which made the wait slightly frustrating. With some improvements in cleanliness and quicker service, this place could offer a much better dining experience. KFC should train their employees first. Look at the uploaded photos. Worst ever chicken I had at KFC today. Fully oily food. I went to KFC many times at different locations in India. But I never faced this type of untrained staff. They are selling like vegetables in the market. I asked them for 2 smoky legs and chicken popcorn. They said "We are selling only buckets, not single pieces". Worst staff I ever seen at KFC. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
