A lot of people point out that the service is terrific. If you visit this restaurant, have no doubt, you are to like the surrounding homey atmosphere. But KFC junction hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at KFC Harippad today. After finishing our meal, my friend and I placed another order for the same items and made the payment via UPI (Google Pay). The payment was successfully completed, but the staff denied us the food, claiming they didn’t receive the payment. We were accused of attempting to scam the restaurant, which was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. When we requested to speak with the manager, no one came forward, and the provided contact number went unanswered. We were told the payment would be refunded, but no action was taken. The lack of communication, and failure to address the issue left us extremely frustrated. I strongly recommend improving the staff's customer service and training to ensure no one else experiences this kind of treatment.

Worst burger. They forget to give burger tikki. And when i came back, they provided very bad oilly burger.. don’t even try this.. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
