The experience at KFC was disappointing. The staff behaved in an unprofessional manner, showing no courtesy or responsibility toward customers. The service was slow, with employees ignoring customer needs and acting carelessly. The entire place looked unhygienic, from dirty tables to poorly maintained kitchen areas, creating health concerns. Food quality was not like before, especially the veg roll, which tasted like roadside and lacked freshness. Overall, the visit felt unpleasant, and KFC must improve immediately.
