This was honestly one of my worst experiences at a KFC. Found an eyebrow in my chicken – beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable. While I did get a replacement, the new piece was no better – it was completely drenched in oil, both inside and out, making it hard to even eat. The floor felt like glue – sticky, dirty, and clearly not cleaned regularly. The whole environment felt unhygienic and poorly maintained. Shockingly, there were only two staff members working at the time, trying to manage everything. This clearly affected the quality of service and cleanliness. A franchise like this should not be running under such poor conditions – it feels like there's no oversight or standard being followed. KFC management really needs to step in and evaluate whether this branch should even continue operating under the brand name.
