The order was delayed and not delivered at the mentioned time. The French fries were completely soft and not at all crispy. For the chicken popcorn selection, there should be an option to choose spicy or non-spicy. Small kids were waiting desperately, expecting the order to arrive on time, but it took much longer. Overall, please do not mention that the order will be delivered in 20 or 25 minutes when it actually takes longer than that.
