I recently visited the KFC at jagdamba and had a disappointing experience. Despite the warm weather, the air conditioner was not switched on, making it very uncomfortable for customers. On top of that, I ordered the coffee mousse cake, and it came without the chocolate powder topping, which is a key part of the dessert. To make matters worse, the staff seemed indifferent and lacked basic courtesy, which only added to the poor experience.
