Dear KFC, First of all your android app needs serious UAT, there are flaws in applying coupons and refresh rate is too slow. Coming to the order, Where I placed order via app and the experience was not as expected. 1. Order placed for Pepsi regular can buy was given a paper cup. (Representative - Ashutosh) 2. I did ask the restaurant representative over the counter for mojito without ice but it was denied.(Representative - Ashutosh) 3. I found the chicken bit salty and too much of periperi. 4. "KFC Virar West: Food Good, Service Needs Improvement Recently visited the KFC outlet at Virar West, and while the food was good, the service fell short of expectations. The tables were messy, and the staff seemed unbothered about clearing them unless prompted. Hygiene didn't appear to be a top priority, which was concerning. One of my orders was delayed, and despite being told it would be brought to the table, I ended up fetching it myself from the counter after waiting. The staff's attentiveness and proactiveness need improvement. Taste-wise, KFC has consistently delivered, but the service at this outlet was disappointing. With some tweaks to service quality, this outlet could elevate the overall experience. Rating: 2/5 stars Hope the management takes note and works on improving the service standards." I visited in the past and the service was good. *Recent visit*: Well I recently visited on a less busy Sunday and it appeared that the restaurant had some AC issues. Had to skip dining there cause of that but I will still give 4 stars for another reason. My wife accompanying is pregnant and the staff member suggested to order vegeterian which I felt very thoughtful. I applaud such staff members who are very mindful of their customers and suggest the right items. I see the staff trained well. I will visit again on some another day, just hope the AC works fine then.
