It is good if you go in KFC restaurant and have there itself. If the chicken is cold they replace and give but for delivery it's very very bad service. Wherever got cold, they just pick an deliver. I have always get cold and chew chicken also not fresh on ordering it. Please improve your dilivery service as well or else you loose customers. We can't always go in restaurant so we order online. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I visited in the past and the service was good. *Recent visit*: Well I recently visited on a less busy Sunday and it appeared that the restaurant had some AC issues. Had to skip dining there cause of that but I will still give 4 stars for another reason. My wife accompanying is pregnant and the staff member suggested to order vegeterian which I felt very thoughtful. I applaud such staff members who are very mindful of their customers and suggest the right items. I see the staff trained well. I will visit again on some another day, just hope the AC works fine then.

Staff is useless. They can’t manage the store of Virar global city. Oder takes almost 20 to 30 mints for customer. They serve cold food too. Service at this store is very bad. Staff needs to be changed or increased. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
