Restaurants expect that the footfall should increase daily. This can be achieved by the quality of food and the service experience. KFC in Vijayawada doesn’t match the quality, taste and experience that you find in other cities. They don’t have peri-peri on strips. Not sure if the peri-peri received for strips is sold outside or mixed. Staff deployed including the manager are inexperienced and do not hold professional experience. They look like they were picked for daily wages. They do not want you to operate kiosk as they were told to feed their mobile numbers. They do not want bad feedback. These guys are not smart. They take orders from management. They dropped pieces on the floor and picked it up. They haven’t thrown in the bin. Hence I assume they are using it in some other orders, especially Swiggy. This is just running because of Swiggy and Zomato. People will stop ordering if they know how KFC should be and how it is in Vijayawada. There is zero maintenance inside the restaurant despite being in prime location and no wonder the restaurant is empty on a Wednesday. The same is true with KFC at Kanuru as well.
