As a customer, I had high expectations from a well-known brand like KFC. However, I was disappointed with my recent purchase. The wrap I ordered seemed to be undercooked, and the texture was unpleasant. Additionally, the burger buns appeared to be stale, which made it difficult for me to enjoy the meal. I believe that a brand of this caliber should maintain high standards of quality and taste, and I hope that they can take necessary measures to improve their food in the future.
