First of all they forgot to put in the pepsi with the order when it arrived. I asked the delivery guy regarding the pepsi and he told me that he was not provided with that from the outlet itself. As the store location is close to my home, I went to the outlet with the delivery partner, they apologised their mistake and handed me the pepsi. After that I thought okay now I can enjoy my food in peace, but no fate had some other plans, the chicken they provided in burger was so small, it literally looked like something was missing, like there was place for two chicken piece and they only cared to give one. Damnn, I was just hungry, and this is what I got for my money. Seriously I never expected such service from KFC, P.S - I have ordered from KFC via zomato several times never faced such issue but they were from a different outlet. I guess this outlet got some beef with their customers, providing such provocative service. Really pathetic...
