Absolutely pathetic experience at KFC today. The outlet was clearly open, staff were actively preparing orders for other customers, yet when we approached the counter, we were bluntly told to “come back after 30 minutes.” Excuse me — if you’re open and serving others, how can you deny someone even the right to place an order? What kind of selective service policy is this? No explanation, no courtesy, no apology — just a casual dismissal as if customers’ time has zero value. If the kitchen was overloaded, at least communicate properly instead of turning people away while continuing to operate normally for others. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
