Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standards I’ve come to expect from KFC. The [Spicy zinger burger] were not fresh,lacked flavour and was covered by paper and the overall quality of the meal was disappointing. As a regular customer, I truly appreciate KFC’s usual standards, which is why this experience stood out in a negative way. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe consistent quality is key to customer satisfaction. More over I cannot just give feedback in official website[kfc [email protected]] because the kfc Tumkur is not mentioned in the list. While ordering the food waiting time informed by executive is 13 minutes, but the food i got after waiting for 1:30 long hours. The executive are not communicating with customers. And takeaway packing is worst. The pepsi is served with paper glass and paper lid. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
