The chicken smelled spoiled and had an old, stale taste. The bone pieces, in particular, felt like they were from old stock, making the meal unpleasant and unappetizing. Hygiene and food quality are crucial, especially in a well-known chain like KFC. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below expectations. I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at KFC. The food served was clearly old or spoiled — the meat had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it inedible. It’s unacceptable for any restaurant, especially a global brand like KFC, to serve food in such a condition. Hygiene and food safety should be a top priority.
