I had a very disappointing experience at KFC today. The behavior of the staff was extremely unprofessional. The staff at the counter showed no interest in handling customers properly. When I asked questions, the responses were rude, impatient, and dismissive. After going upstairs, I was shocked by the poor cleanliness. Several tables were left uncleared, with food waste lying around for a long time. There was no staff available to clean the tables, and the overall hygiene was very poor. This outlet does not reflect the standard or quality that is expected from a brand like KFC. Very unsatisfactory experience. Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
