Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. Taste nicely cooked fried chicken and good biryani. Most guests highlight that the staff is hospitable at KFC. Yesterday, I ordered food from this KFC outlet, and it was the worst KFC experience I’ve ever had. The food quality was very poor. The chicken pieces were not hot at all, which was very disappointing. I ordered directly from their menu display, but I did not receive any receipt or order details. Because of this, I had no way of knowing how many pieces I actually ordered. The quantity served felt less than expected. The ordering menu options were also very confusing, which added to the frustration. Overall, this outlet does not maintain good quality or proper service standards. I am extremely unhappy with how I was treated and would not recommend this KFC Lulu trivandrum. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000

KFC has always been a favorite, but day by day the quality is decreasing along with the quantity. Orders often get delayed, and the offers are disappointing they don’t look the same as shown in the details while ordering. Still tastes okay, but definitely not like before.
