KFC has always been a favorite, but day by day the quality is decreasing along with the quantity. Orders often get delayed, and the offers are disappointing they don’t look the same as shown in the details while ordering. Still tastes okay, but definitely not like before. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely Disappointing Experience at KFC Lulu Mall Trivandrum I placed order for The Big 12 pcs on 19-08_2025 at 4pm at the amount of 719 rupees I got 3 pcs big size remaining all small pcs as wings pcs. Very bad experience i was seen it not worth for 200 rupees. I am the customer of kfc from bahrain for past 10 years I am happy to have it there while comparing it's is worth less quantity size & i ordered Pepsi for 99 rupees i received in small cup it is not worth able for 40 rupees.i informed with the staff about the issues which I have they doesn't care I informed them I will put reviews about this atleast they can give good pcs or atleast they want to maintain to solve the issue but they does care even manger too I am sharing the pics which I was taken . Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000
