Had a great time at this KFC! The chicken was super crispy and served hot. I especially loved the Hot Wings—they had that perfect crunch. The staff was very polite, and our order arrived within 10 minutes. Worst experience ever! Ordered through KFC app as takeaway 1 hour before expecting it would be ready for pickup when we stop by at the outlet, but it was not ready when we went to the store and they were starting to prepare at that point. The worst part is that we waited there for another 30 mins and the Smokey grills we ordered were literally smoked up, and we had to throw it away. Completely unsatisfied with the experience and feeling ashamed that this is happening in my hometown. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner

The room and bathroom was superbly clean . And the best is the hospitality of the staff . They will treat you like friends with genuine hospitality .
