Paliakkara Church is a great attraction for tourists who come to eat at this restaurant after long walks. Many visitors come to taste good fried chicken, fried chicken burgers and chicken strips. Food delivery is a big plus of KFC. The courteous staff reflects the style and character of this place. Nice service is something that people highlight in their comments. The calm atmosphere will be exactly just what you need after a hard working week. But this spot hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

Very Bad Experience – Disappointed from Start to End. I had a very, very bad experience at the KFC outlet in Tiruvalla, from the moment I entered till I reached home. When I entered, the menu was supposed to be shown on four screens, but only two were visible and those two were not even working. They did not inform us properly. After I asked, they switched on one more screen, so three screens started working. Still, the menu display was confusing and incomplete. There were no proper combo options, variety menus, or even separate burger options shown clearly. Everything looked unorganized and unclear. The staff attitude was also very poor. They looked like they were not interested in working at all. No proper explanation. It felt like they were doing their job forcefully, without any care for customers. The worst part was the food quality. The chicken was terrible. It did not taste fresh at all. Some pieces had black spots and even blood inside. It was extremely disturbing and made me feel unsafe to eat. Overall, very poor service, confusing ordering system, careless staff, and unhygienic food quality. This was one of my worst experiences at a KFC outlet. I will never visit this branch again and do not recommend it to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹800–1,000

The room and bathroom was superbly clean . And the best is the hospitality of the staff . They will treat you like friends with genuine hospitality .
