Worst KFC branch i have ever seen. No air conditioner.quality of service was extremely very poor.lady staff who is in the counter. very wrong attitude against the customer. the way of she take order looks like we are getting free food. Very disappointed. Terrible experience. Would not recommend visiting Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹600–800

I recently visited KFC Thiruvalla and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The meal I ordered was below expectations in terms of taste, and the quantity was much smaller than I anticipated for the price I paid. Given KFC’s reputation, I expected better quality, but sadly, this wasn’t the case. I believe I could get better food from a local shop at a much more reasonable price. Very disappointed, and I hope KFC can work on improving the quality and quantity at this location. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The room and bathroom was superbly clean . And the best is the hospitality of the staff . They will treat you like friends with genuine hospitality .
