Ordered 2 choco lava cake for takeaway. Packed the cake boxes sideways inside the brown wrap. Nothing was left out to eat Service: Takeaway Service: 1

Poor service from Thanjavur new busstand kfc. They are not even minding the customers and they do whatever they think. I have ordered in app and came after 30 mts for pickup. Meanwhile I didn’t receive any call from them for pickup time or anything else. When I came to store they are telling that the ordered stuffs has to be prepared and Iam waiting here almost 10 mts. Worst experience. I opted for delivery through their app and waited to 55 minutes after that they called and informed the delivery bike would not start asked me to come and pick up the order. I had to order again through Swiggy. Even the food was so bad. The chicken was so old, french fries so oily and soggy.
