I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at KFC. Ordering took over an hour due to faulty equipment, and the counter staff were unresponsive and unhelpful throughout. The dining area was left in a poor state, with tables remaining uncleaned until we asked several times for them to be cleared. To make matters worse, our bill was misplaced, resulting in our order taking twice as long as it reasonably should have. When the food finally arrived, it was mediocre at best, with most of the chicken served cold. Overall, the experience was frustrating, poorly managed, and far below the standard expected from an international chain. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
