I am writing to express my disappointment with the service at the KFC outlet in Xperia Mall. I am a regular customer and visit Xperia Mall at least twice a week. Recently, I noticed that customers usually start coming for dinner after 8:00 PM, but the KFC staff begins closing operations even before 10:00 PM. From around 9:30 PM onwards, they inform customers that the outlet is “closed” due to unavailability of products. This is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. If the outlet does not have sufficient products to serve customers during peak dinner hours, then it is better to officially shut down earlier rather than misleading people who come expecting normal service. I request you to look into this matter seriously and ensure proper stock management and customer service standards at this outlet. Thank you for your attention. I hope to see an improvement soon..
