This is not my first visit in KFC Thane Anand nagar branch. In Summer season I have visited last there was AC problem it was not working but the when we asked the staff to check either it's set on how much temperature but it was of no use was feeling hot. Also some tables was not cleared and cleaned because no one was taking care off. But again I visited on 10.01.26 evening because of winter season there was no problem of AC also i have to wear Jacket because of cold. But again they have served me in wet Tray which was looking very cheap because I know in KFC no one take care of customers only at counter they are bothered about their orders. I have posted some pictures which I have received. And because of this I think the how they are maintaining cleanliness while making food or chicken dishes which they serve. Check The pictures.
