When I ordered they told me to wait 20 mins. I went after 20 mins and noticed that the order slip was missing and my order was not even getting prepared. Then the agent told me sir it will take 8-10 mins. I asked them to cancel my order. The agent was telling me to adjust for different chicken pieces as the original order was not ready. I respectfully denied and asked for refund. The reason I am writing this is because none of them even apologised once for this delay and what triggered me was when I objected all other customers started objecting. And nobody was taking the accountability for it. They are laughing and giggling within themselves. Then came Rupali, she processed my refund but der was no regret on her face neither was she apologetic. She didn't say sorry even once and with that arrogant attitude gave me the refund and I left. I have ordered kfc from so many places but the kalyan store is pathetic. It was an absolutely message and it was chaotic. None of them apologized which was a serious concern. So much arrogance is not good.
