This was my first experience at KFC Dombivli, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. I was seated on the first floor, which was extremely dirty and full of mosquitoes flying around. I had to go to the counter and ask the staff to clean the table myself. After that, they cleaned it.It took around 13 minutes to get my order, and when I received it, the chicken didn’t look fresh and was excessively oily. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I hope the management takes immediate action to improve cleanliness and food quality.
