I visited this KFC outlet during lunch hours and was immediately met with an unpleasant experience. The restaurant was filled with smoke, and the air conditioner was leaking water near one of the tables, which was quite off-putting. Despite being the only customer inside, the staff member at the counter, dressed in checks, seemed unwilling to take my order and insisted that I use the touchscreen kiosk. However, the kiosk did not have a swiping machine, and when I pointed this out, she instructed me to place my order on the kiosk and then pay at the counter—an unnecessarily complicated and frustrating process. My food, ordered from the dine-in menu, took approx 15 minutes to arrive. While the chicken was tasty as expected, it was noticeably oilier than usual. Though the overall taste was decent, both the service and ambiance left much to be desired. Later, a staff member in red communicated the reason for the service delay and apologized for the water leak, but the overall experience still needs significant improvement.
