From an Ex-Insider: KFC Tadepalli Has Hit Rock Bottom I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience at KFC Tadepalli left me truly disappointed—and concerned. For context, I was associated with Yum! International and Devyani International back in 2004–2005, so I’ve seen firsthand the high standards KFC was built on. Sadly, this outlet is a far cry from that legacy. I waited over 30 minutes for my order. Only one staff member was trying to handle everything. Another person, possibly the manager, looked completely disinterested—like he had just woken up. No hair nets. Flip-flops in the kitchen. Cleanliness? Non-existent. Public highway restrooms are better maintained. But here’s the thing—I don’t hold anything personally against the staff. If anything, I feel sorry for them. They looked overwhelmed, unsupported, and set up to fail. This reflects poor management, understaffing, and a total disregard for operational standards. This isn’t just a bad day at one outlet—it’s a sign of how far the brand has fallen. If this continues, KFC in India is headed for a slow and sad exit. Extremely disappointed.
