I am writing to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience On my zomato order KFC chicken, but unfortunately, it was not fresh. The chicken had an unpleasant taste and texture, which clearly indicated that it was either stale or not prepared properly.As a loyal customer, I always choose KFC because of its reputation for quality and freshness. However, this experience was very upsetting and did not meet the standards I have come to expect from your brand.

The quality nad quantity of food was not worth the price it felt like eating a food that has been in the fridge for many days it cold and favourless. highly not recommended
