visited on 29 th of April i ordered some foods through the self-ordering kiosks, i made the payment it was deducted from my bank account but it showed payment failed on the screen and i asked about the technical issue to the person present at the counter they said it will be reflected on my bank account within 7 working days and requested me to pay at the counter, so i made the payment twice. And also the order was very slow and the quantity was very low as shown on the screen as well some items were missing, very weak management. Its been 12 days and i haven't received any refund from KFC. I got one of the employee number from the counter and contaced him numerous times but every time the person would say to wait at least 2-3 days. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
