I have visited this place KFC cosmos mall Siliguri. But they were not accepting Card Payment. Card Machine was not working as per the staff's. This is not acceptable. This should have been checked. Not a single machine was working... I will not recommend to visit this outlet atleast. There are more KFC outlet's in Siliguri. Kindly please visit there. Service: Dine in Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was there with my friends and we literally waited for more then 20 minutes to call them in cash counter to take our order we literally started shouting at them to come at the counter but they we're busy chit chatting i dont know what where they talking about we were so busy at that time only because one of my friend was to hunger we went there. We really had a bad experience None of your staff were attentive worst coustomer experience Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
