I went to this KFC outlet and was told cheese must be added. But on the bill, cheese is clearly charged as a separate add-on. This kind of upselling by calling things ‘mandatory’ is dishonest. Customers deserve clarity. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
