placed an order on Swiggy at 7:20 PM, but it was delivered only at 9:00 PM. When I tried calling the restaurant, they did not answer. I then contacted the delivery partner, who said he tried to hand over the order to the staff, but they refused. On top of that, the food quality was very poor. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
